Acqora, operated by Blackline Acquisitions, LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us at /contact and we will help process your request.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via Paddle; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. Refunds for renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

What is not covered

  • Charges older than 30 days from the original order date.
  • Add-ons or one-time purchases that have already been delivered or consumed.
  • Refund requests submitted in bad faith or in violation of our Terms of Service.
